Handmade Dichroic Fused Glass Necklace

This beautiful handmade dichroic fused glass cabochon is mounted on a sterling silver bail and hangs from a sterling silver chain.  It shimmers and changes colour with movement and in different light.  It looks almost like molten lava captured inside a glass dome. 

Each piece of glass has been handmade by me in my home studio. I've designed the piece, then cut the glass and fused and annealed it to ensure strength and longevity at over 800 degrees celsius in my kiln.
